Dr. Jace was born in Houston Texas and at the age of 10 he was considered a non-reader. Four short years later, after intense work and dedication, at the age of 14 he walked across his high school graduating stage - delivering his valedictorian speech, at Jesse Jackson Academy.

Dr. Jace attended Texas Southern University where he became the youngest President of their world-renowned, International, Speech and Debate team in their now 75 year history.

Dr. Jace graduated from Bottega University with a undergrad in Communications, after partnering on the bridge program with Texas Southern University.

Dr. Jace moved to New York City and received his Master's in counseling at the College of New Rochelle, NYC ---here he was first ordained as a youth leader at First Corinthians Baptist Church in Harlem.

Jace moved to Los Angeles County in 2013  where he has worked diligently with many Political and Non-Profit organizations such as the Minority AIDS Project (MAP), countless other community advocate programs.

Dr. Jace received his second Masters in Infrastructural Development and his Doctorate degree in Sociology, with a focus on Human Behavior and Missionary studies with Tcom College. The college of metaphysical studies. This is after receiving an honorary Doctorate from a non-profit institution called Interdenominational Christian Fellowship, under Bishop Niko Polk.

Dr. Jace is a public official, first elected into public office in 2019. He just started his second term as representative at large. West Adams neighborhood District 10.

Dr. Jace is a global leader/advocate in his missionary work to provide and create safe spaces for the queer communities around the globe.

Dr. Jace’s motto is, “What I do, I do well, what I don't do well, I don't do at all.”
